Reservation

• • – Reservations can be made online via our website or by phone.

• • – Guests will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

• • – Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process. Any false information may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Check-in and Check-out

• • – Check-in time is 2:00 pm.

• • – Check-out time is 10:30 am.

• • – Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payments

• • – Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, cash, bank transfer payments & UPI payment.

• • – All rates are subject to applicable GST.

Cancellation and No-show Policie

• • – The hotel’s check-in, check-out time is 24 hours. Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability.

• • – The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night. Taxes, service

• • charges, and other levies are additional wherever applicable.

• • – The room tariff does not include airport transfers. Please contact us if you require facilitation for the same.

• • – Guaranteed Room Reservations not canceled 72 hours prior to arrival will attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.

• • – In the event of a cancellation prior to 72 hours, please retain the cancellation number to ensure that no retention charge is levied.

• • – Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check-in; the balanced amount of extra charges is to be cleared at check-out.

• • – Prior information for a Smoking or Non-Smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability. If canceled later or in case of no-show, no amount will be refunded.

Guest Responsibilities

• • – Guests are expected to behave in a manner respectful to other guests and staff, adhere to hotel policies, and comply with all regulations.

• • – Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
